its not often that I enjoy the company of such interesting people, but tonight James & William accomplished that very deed.
And to hear some Fats himself, truly wonderful. these people know how to entertain!
It was a shame that Agnes couldn’t have been there as she would have loved it. I would love to take her with me on the trip, but her arthritis plays her up something rotten nowadays. Oh and here she comes, with my hot chocolates and biscuits. just watching her makes me so excited. Maybe a jolly is in order tonight.
As to the adventure.
I think Lucinda will fit in very well. I do worry about her sometimes. I think she should get out more, and see a nice gentleman. She spends far too much time doing research. But I wish she would get my notes typed up really quick as I’m worried I may not be fully prepared for this trip.
George seems an interesting fellow. Much travelled, but he does like his rocks.
Asmund comes across as the truelly quintessential reliable person. For his relatively young age he has all the rugged confidence of man itching to be somewhere. Much the same as I was before a certain woman crossed my path.
These biscuits are very nice this evening.
Cissy is a strange sort. What is this new fangled thing with cameras I ask. I’ve never heard of Mr Chaplin. I bet he’s never done a days work in his life!
That chocolate soon warms the cockles
Horace seems an excitable fellow. Very boisterous. I cant wait for the trip in the plane. Makes me feel very giddy and excited.
“Agnes, where are you?”
